James Henry George

Jimmy George was born August 29, 1944 in Ruston, Louisiana.

He graduated from El Campo High School in 1963.  In June 1963 he enlisted and was released in December of that year.  A month later, January 1964 he reenlisted in the US Army and was stationed in Germany.  He was released in January 1967.

He passed away suddenly from a brain aneurism on July 4, 1986.  He is buried in the Shrine of Memories Cemetery in Clarksville, Tennessee.

He is survived by his widow, Margaret Yarbrough; brother, Richard, who lives in Fayetteville, North Carolina; a son, Ronald Stewart George, who lives in Clarksville, TN; a daughter, Christa George Lewis, who lives in Woodlawn, TN; and several grandchildren.
