Karen Sanders Lewing

Brenda Karen Sanders Lewing, 71, of El Campo, passed away February 8, 2016. She was born on May 4, 1944 in El Campo to the late Claude and Eunice Goode Sanders.

She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Jearl Lewing; daughters, Amy Lewing and Jonna Ermis and husband Karl and granddaughters, Jillian and Olivia Ermis.

Karen was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Larry Don Sanders.

Visitation begins at 2 pm Thursday, February 11 at Triska Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 5 pm to 6:30 pm. Funeral services begin at 10 am Friday, February 12 at First Baptist Church of El Campo with Rev. Rick DuBroc officiating. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories. Pallbearers are Leslie Graham, Adam Lewin, Steve Janke, Matt Janke, Tim Supak, Kory Supak and Mark Welfel.
