I graduated from Howard Payne U. in Brownwood with a degree in Educ, Math and Biology. Met and married Wayne in 1967. Wayne was in the Navy from 1969 to 74. Lived in Waxahachie from 1976 to 91, older boys graduated from Waxahachie High. Moved to San Marcos. I taught Math there for 16 years while Wayne worked as a manufacturing and quality engineer. Pat graduated from San Marcos High and lived in Austin for several years. Wayne and I decided we were missing too much of our grandchildren's lives so we moved to San Angelo in2007. We are both retired but I have tutored for the school district and Wayne has taught Math at the community college. We are active in our church and are now after school caregivers for our grandchildren since Kim went back to teaching last year (1st grade). We have a great life!
School Story:

I had good friends at ECHS. Other than football games, Senior Kid Day, spilling my "unknown" on the floor of the chemistry lab, I guess the funniest is Mrs. Isaacson losing her panties in front of the class! A favorite memory is "Bye, bye, Birdie" Fred was so good as Birdie and I thought my mother was going to have a coronary when she found out I was going to dance, on stage, in front, where everyone could see me!!!!

Happy Birthday, Susan. Have fun!! I hope you are doing well!! I hope the snowmageddon didn’t hit you!! My niece had a pipe burst while their power was off and they were at her Mom’s. Sounds as though it’s 1000s of dollars.

I wanted to make sure you knew about Dobie. He had several cancers and died May 22. The funeral was at FBC, Sunday, May 27. Very nice service. My granddaughter played her flute.

Carolyn: So sorry to hear of Dobie's passing. I do remember him and his football achievements. It is so hard to loose someone in the family that you love so much. You will get through this, and you will keep and remember all of the times spent together. God be with you and help you get through this sad time.
